Fixed

• FourthWall not starting DevTunnel if only devtunnel service active
• Fixed invariant culture parsing of most doubles in various places
• when multiple goals finish at once now due to big points influx, they now properly send individual completion events

Breaking Changes

• Makeship
  • Makeship now is blocking most API requests via cloudflare challenge. The UI will warn if it is blocked, but for now the integration is marked as experimental and warns that is may not work. I am trying to contact Makeship for a way to resolve it :)
