3.1.2 PPunch

• Updated build to 3.1.2 P+
• Only tested Wii pre-built with Wii remote since I don't have my GC controller atm so I'm pretty confident it's working fine but not 100% sure, lmk if there's issues!

I am not a programmer and frankly don't know what the hell I'm doing so if it bugs out or shit breaks my fault crewmate o7, so far in my testing should be working just fine. All credit to WispSSBM for actually making the project! I just am creating pre-made versions of it for latest patch :)
