刷新后列表回到顶部。

• 下拉刷新、重复点当前底部标签、以及冷启动后的自动刷新，完成后都会回到列表顶部，
  不再停留在原来的滚动位置。
• 刷新失败时保持当前位置并继续显示缓存内容，不会无谓地跳动。

A finished refresh now returns the list to the top.

• Pull-to-refresh, re-tapping the current bottom tab, and the automatic refresh after
  a cold start all finish at the top, instead of leaving the old scroll position.
• A failed refresh keeps both the position and the cached content, so nothing jumps
  for no reason.
