Pathloom 0.1.0 (beta)
First public beta of Pathloom: a local whiteboard and roadmap for projects you build with AI agents.
Your plan lives as plain files in your repo (plan/). You draw and plan on the board; Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any MCP client reads and updates the same plan through the pathloom CLI and MCP server, and you watch the changes appear live.

What's inside
- Infinite board with shapes, arrows, sticky notes, images and frames, in a clean or hand-drawn style.
- Stage cards with tasks, dependencies, milestones and gates; statuses computed from the graph. Cards size to their content.
- Auto-arrange by phases, a focused view of one card's chain, and grouped arrows between phases.
- Several agents on one plan: task claims, named assignees, an activity log and proof that a task is done. The board shows which task each agent is on right now and what it is doing.
- The Windows installers put
pathloomon PATH, so AI clients start the MCP server as plainpathloom mcp. - Review mode for agent changes, live reload with undo, Spec Kit import.
- Graphite, Light and Warm paper themes; English and Ukrainian.

Beta notes
Only the Windows build has been used day to day. macOS and Linux builds pass CI but nobody has run them on a real machine yet: if something breaks, please open an issue. There are no automatic updates yet; download the new installer from Releases.
