PJA 0.0.3

A third codec for the zpaq-std plugin: pjax.

• pjax brings to zpaq-std's -sa what 0.0.2 added for Huffman JPEG:
  the JPEGs inside a JPEG (an MPO's or Ultra HDR's further images,
  thumbnails), 12-bit JPEG, the height in a DNL, a DRI with no restarts.
  It writes stream version 5 or 6 and carries its own ZPAQL decoder
  (57,709 bytes), so any zpaq extracts the archive without the plugin.
• One plugin file, three codecs, tried in this order: pjax, pja,
  pjals. pja and pjals and their ZPAQL are unchanged from 0.0.1,
  byte for byte.
• The pja command is the same as 0.0.2's.

Superseded by 0.0.4: this version's pjax also took photos with only
EXIF thumbnails, which gain a few KB and split pja's blocks in zpaq-std:
on zpaq-std's own 79 files the archive came out 0.40% larger than
without pjax. 0.0.4 fixes which files pjax takes; use it instead.

The command's archives carry pja (or pja.exe), the README, the license, NOTICE and the command's manual (CLI.md); the plugin's go in zpaq-std's codecs/ folder. SHA256SUMS has the checksums. Checked before publishing: every sample of the repository back byte for byte on Linux, Windows 10 64-bit and 32-bit.
