Fixed
Every host reported "Collector degraded", with unknown owners and UNKNOWN reachability. The collector's systemd unit set NoNewPrivileges=true, which stops setuid programs such as sudo from gaining privilege — and the collector reaches root only through sudo and its narrow sudoers grant. Every privileged read failed on every host: listening sockets, ufw/firewalld state, the NAT table and systemctl show. The grant itself was fine. The unit no longer sets NoNewPrivileges, nor RestrictSUIDSGID or ProtectKernelModules, which older systemd releases treat as implying it. ProtectSystem is now full rather than strict, so the root commands sudo runs can take their lock files under /run.
pm2 apps were never reported from a host. The unit's ProtectHome=true hid /root and /home from the collector entirely. It is now read-only; ordinary file permissions still decide what the collector can open, so homes that are private (0700/0750) stay private.
Changed
A collector privilege failure now names its cause. The collector used to discard sudo's own error message, so this bug showed up only as "sudo grant missing?". The degraded reason for listening sockets, the firewall and the NAT table now ends with what sudo actually said.
Upgrade notes
Existing hosts keep the broken unit until the collector is installed again. After upgrading, run Install collectors with Re-run on hosts that are already done; the installer rewrites the unit and reloads systemd. Hosts whose sudo asks for a password will ask again.
