Hit Die Not Appearing

Hit Die do not appear in the hotbar. I can select the hit die icon but the hotbar is fully empty. I have tried rearranging my load order according to a reddit post I found about this issue from months ago but nothing has worked so far. Has anyone else experienced this? Any known fix?
