There are couple of places where it should be fixed

1. backends/intersynth/intersynth.cc - URL to documentation line 71
2. techlibs/ice40/abc9_model.v and techlibs/ice40/cells_sim.v - URL for icestorm should be poiting to YosysHQ since it is moved
3. SVN urls, but guess those are not moved to new domain yet
4. tests/various/muxpack.* test name with deadname, if you wish that changed as well
5. Documentation as @mwkmwkmwk pointed out
