First public launch of the HVTracker AI Agent Trust Registry.

Highlights:

• Tracks 171 open-source AI agent projects across 14 categories
• Adds public leaderboard, per-agent pages, JSON API, feed, and sitemap
• Scores public signals for activity, adoption, transparency, safety, and identity
• Shows provenance, OSSF Scorecard, signed commit, package download, HN, and rank movement signals where available
• Stabilizes category filtering so one-category and all-category ranking behave correctly
• Fixes homepage links to generated agent profile pages
• Refreshes README, Open Graph assets, methodology copy, and v1 launch/open-core docs
