Fixes

• Discovery no longer waits 8 seconds when the PD rejects the default key. ControlPanel.DiscoverDevice now ends its default key (SCBK-D) check as soon as the PD turns it down. That covers a NAK to osdp_CHLNG or osdp_SCRYPT, an osdp_CCRYPT with a mismatched client cryptogram or key type, or a rejected osdp_RMAC_I. On a reader holding a custom SCBK, discovery went from about 8.5 seconds to about 0.5 seconds. DiscoveryResult.UsesDefaultSecurityKey means the same thing as before; it is just set sooner.
• Cancelling discovery during the default key check now reports Cancelled. It throws OperationCanceledException, the same as cancelling in any earlier step. Previously it reported Succeeded with UsesDefaultSecurityKey = false.
• The default key check is skipped for a PD whose osdp_PDCAP reports no AES128 support. A PD that leaves the capability out entirely is still checked.

No public API changes.
