• [FIR] Fix compat with Kotlin 2.5.20 dev builds around inherited member injection.
• [IR] Fix graph extensions creating separate instances of inherited class binding containers. Extensions now reuse the parent instance and can share set and map getters.
• [IR] Fix a NoSuchMethodError when reporting diagnostics without a source location on Kotlin 2.4.20 and newer.
• [IR] Fix providers for parent-owned bindings retaining child graphs. Generated provider lambdas now capture the owning ancestor directly.
• [IR] Add an opt-in fix-empty-smap-ranges compiler option to fix empty Kotlin SMAP line ranges (1#1,0:1) in synthetic files. See the Kotlin issue and R8 fix.
