📜 New Utility: Prompt Compression

• Added the first version of the Prompt Compressor.
• Includes two initial methods: Whitespace Compression and Lexical Compression.
• Added some CSS specific to this utility.

🛠️ Related Fixes

• Fixed several CSS issues that could leak if a component failed or broke during render.
• Resolved a critical issue where clicking GPTU-UIC-B buttons would trigger the chat submit action (reverted 08c2a45 to fix it).
• Fixed a Chrome-specific theme update issue by letting new_containers handle their own theme logic.
• Added window-scoped variables for all old_container instances so they can be monitored properly by watchers.js.
• Updated the observation system to use watchers.js instead of the previously referenced watch.js.
• Added a handshake confirmation to the initial storage update.
  This is required with the new sequential injection model and acts as an end_helper so other utils can load before updating.
• Several issues resolved around true sequential injection, with some follow-up patches included.
• Fixed obersevePageChange failing to detect hash fragments with endpoints.
• Fixed obersevePageChange mishandling null values.
• Fixed an issue where posemirror modified decorated text, preventing proper recreation of multiple <p> elements.

Misc Adjustments

• A few structural cleanups.
• Most styles are now handled by a dedicated CSS file.
