Self-hosted ZenNotes server 2.81.1 with the pinned browser artifact web-2.81.1-web.h1357d855920329a8 (built from ZenNotes/zennotes daedf423, the v2.81.1 release commit). A patch for server 2.81.0.

What changed for self-hosters, all in the browser app the server hands out:

• The Table's Open no longer covers a long name on a touch screen. On a phone or tablet browser, server 2.81.0's app showed a row's Open button on every row, over the end of a long name. A touch screen now leaves it out, since the page icon left of the name opens the page; with a mouse it still appears on hover.
• The Table's select column keeps its width beside a long title on a touch screen.
• In a narrow pane, a Table with a long name opens at its first column, and + Row and the header's menu stay on screen.

No Go changes: vendorHash is unchanged.

Verification before publication: the release workflow (run 41499098806) built the five binaries from 85d224d after go, docker and nix checks passed on #64; every binary matches SHA256SUMS, and the manifest.json asset is byte-identical to the pinned web-artifact/manifest.json (web-2.81.1-web.h1357d855920329a8).

Docker: adibhanna/zennotes:2.81.1, 2.81 and latest are published from this tag by the repository's Docker publisher (linux/amd64 and linux/arm64, one digest).
