v0.5.0 — agent tools renamed to tw_*

Agent-facing names now match Task Workbench: ptw_* → tw_*

This release renames the AI tools, HTTP API and CSS prefix:

• AI tools: tw_* (tasks), tw_idea_* (ideas), tw_review_* (reviews, read-only)
• HTTP API: /ptw/api/* → /tw/api/*
• CSS classes: ptw-* → twb-*
• Repository/package rename (task-workbench / dsh-task-workbench) already shipped in v0.4.0.

Breaking for existing agent prompts / skill files: replace ptw_ with tw_ in any custom prompts or skill files. Sessions that call the old tool names need to switch to the new ones.

Data is unchanged. Tasks, ideas and reviews stay in the existing data root; no migration needed. The workbench UI, data contracts and permissions are unchanged.

The old npm package dsh-personal-task-workbench is now deprecated in favor of dsh-task-workbench.
