v0.3.0 — 一个会话只用一个文件夹

One session, one folder.

• task_new now reuses the folder this session already owns (reused: true, folder name unchanged) instead of creating a second one; ownership is recorded in the task folder's .dsh-session.json (kept out of git via .gitignore / .git/info/exclude), with the workspace index sessionId as fallback.
• The injected convention and the skill gained the first rule: 一个会话只用一个文件夹，所有改动都在这个文件夹内完成；需要改到别的文件夹时先给清单和理由征得同意。
• CLI: dsh-task new --session <id>.
• Self test: 47 passed, 0 failed.
• Also in this release: task_tidy (workspace index + safe cleanup, empty folders reported but never deleted by default).

v0.2.1 — 空目录不再自动删除

修一个 0.2.0 的误删风险：空目录（如空的 parts/ 输出目录）之前会被当作垃圾删除。

• applyCleanup 新增 emptyDirs 选项，默认 false：空目录只列出、不删除
• 工具参数 empty_dirs / CLI --empty-dirs 可显式要求删除
• 自测 42 项全过

v0.2.0 — task_tidy

新增工作区自动整理能力。

• 第 5 个工具 task_tidy：给顶层条目分类（任务/产出/中间产物/工具/配置/散落文件），覆盖重写索引 工作区索引.md，报出大体积中间产物但不动它们
• 安全清理（默认 dry run，apply: true 才删）：.DS_Store 等系统垃圾、__pycache__/.pytest_cache、*.pyc/*.bak/*.orig/*.tmp/*.tgz、嵌套空目录、以及落在工作区之外只含自身 PROGRESS.md 的越界任务目录
• CLI：dsh-task tidy [--apply] [--json]
• readTask 的目标解析回退到 ## 目标 段落（老进度文件也能读出目标）
