* Refactor: LineObject class with rotation and scaling ability

- Introduces settings file version 0.4 to handle alpha values (opacity) as floats (0.0-1.0) instead of integers (0-255).
- Modified constructors and init methods of Signature, Image, and AnimatedGif classes to accept and store alpha as floats.
