🐛 修复

深色模式下侧边栏悬停提示不可见。

日历图标的 tooltip 使用了不存在的 --dsw-alias-bg-elevated token，导致背景回退为白色；而 --dsw-alias-label-primary 在深色主题下是浅色文字 —— 形成「白底 + 浅字」，完全看不见。

现改用官方侧边栏 tooltip token --dsw-specific-tip（浅色 #f5f6f7 / 深色 #353638）与 --dsw-alias-label-primary 正确配对，与官方侧边栏图标的提示观感一致。

侧边栏入口位置迁移

入口从「消息平台」下方移到**「工作区」行、紧贴搜索图标左侧**，与官方的搜索 / 视图 / 添加工作区图标排成一行，不再单独占一行。

• 宽栏对齐官方 searchButton 规格：28×28 圆形、--dsw-alias-label-secondary、hover 用 --dsw-alias-interactive-bg-hover
• **收起（rail）**对齐官方规格：36×36 圆形、--dsw-alias-label-primary、18px 图标、下边距 12px
• 宽栏 ↔ 收起切换：官方在 rail 模式下不渲染 searchSlot（锚点会变），现每秒按 nextElementSibling 校验并按当前锚点重挂
• 悬停提示：新增样式化 tooltip（portal 渲染到 body，绕开 sectionHeader 的 overflow:hidden 裁剪）；宽栏在按钮下方居中、收起态在右侧垂直居中

修复：中文数字时间无法识别

zhTimeMatch 只匹配阿拉伯数字，导致「下午三点提醒我开会」中的「三点」完全匹配不上，整句退回兜底逻辑（明天 09:00）；而「今天下午三点」会算成 22:00。

现支持中文数字（三点 / 三点半 / 十点 / 十二点半 / 二十点 …），新增 cnToInt() 转换函数。
