Fix

• DSH 0.2 support. Since 0.2 the host gates profile bundles on peer compatibility: a plugin whose declared peer range misses the running host is skipped entirely (skipping profile bundle), which silently removes its tools and routes. The @deepseek-ai/dsh peer is now ^0.1.7-rc.1 || ^0.2.0-rc.1, and dsh.compatibility.dshReleases declares "0.2.0-rc.1": "compatible" after verification on a real 0.2.0-rc.1 host and a shadow instance.

Version compatibility

• DSH 0.1.7 and later (including 0.2.0-rc.1) — this release (v0.4.1): peer range ^0.1.7-rc.1 || ^0.2.0-rc.1; dsh.compatibility.dshReleases marks 0.1.7-rc.1 / 0.1.7-rc.2 / 0.2.0-rc.1 as compatible.
• DSH 0.1.5 and older — previous tag v0.3.2 (dsh plugin add github:a903067276-rgb/plan-switch#v0.3.2): keeps the old behavior and uses no 0.1.7-only API.
• Compatibility with older DSH versions is best-effort only; this plugin tracks the latest DSH releases.

Plan Switch v0.4.0 — DSH 0.1.7 ready

DSH 0.1.7+ only. This release declares peerDependencies: {"@deepseek-ai/dsh": ">=0.1.7-rc.1 <0.2.0"} — a mismatched host refuses to load it with an explicit reason instead of failing quietly.
On DSH ≤ 0.1.5 install v0.3.2 instead (unchanged behavior, no 0.1.7-only API).

What changed

• Metadata only: localized title/description + icon for the official plugin manager, plus an explicit peer range. No behavior change.

Verification

• Tested in a shadow instance (DSH 0.1.7-rc.1 + all seven plugins): load, settings cards, live config writes, disable/enable, real turn.
• main is intentionally not merged yet; that happens after the host upgrade (install from this tag, or from main once merged).
