DeepSeek Harness compatibility

Built and tested against DeepSeek Harness 0.2.0-rc.2 (639ed015397290b3745d163aafe02ffee4aa3f84). Use the prebuilt release package or this repository’s compiled artifacts with the official plugin installer.

Updated the development SDK and compatibility checks for DSH RC2. Existing RC1-compatible public plugin interfaces remain supported by the declared peer range.

Validation was performed on macOS arm64. This release does not claim new Windows or Linux runtime acceptance.

Supported Harness: official DeepSeek Harness 0.2.0-rc.2.

In Desktop Settings → Plugins → Add plugin, use:

The npm artifact was downloaded from the public registry and checked against the audited package bytes. Local package installation and every installed file were verified with the official RC2 CLI on macOS arm64. This packaging release does not add new Desktop UI, Windows, or Linux runtime acceptance.

The scoped npm archive retains the original plugin module ID via the installation alias above. It differs from the unscoped GitHub archive only in npm name/publishConfig and the README installation prefix; all other files are identical.

v1.0.9 — DeepSeek Harness 0.1.7 RC2

Updates the installed AutoResearch implementation for DeepSeek Harness 0.1.7-rc.2. Automatic continuation now writes a producer-owned message source accepted by the RC2 durable log encoder. Pins the RC2 development baseline, bounds the compatible Host peers, and corrects desktop installation instructions in both READMEs.

Installation on Desktop / DSH Studio: open Settings → Plugins → Add plugin and enter:

The Web command manages the Web profile only. Reopen that Web Host after CLI installation. The repository and attached archive contain compiled files, so users do not need a local build. The .tgz is also installable through the same official plugin manager or CLI. Upgrade by installing the latest Release through the same entry point.

Validation: typecheck, build, 76 automated tests, actual RC2 message encoding and history restoration, and official CLI archive installation with an isolated RC2 Host cold boot. No model calls or long-running research evaluation were included in this release check.

The archive checksum is supplied in SHA256SUMS.
