DeepSeek Harness compatibility

Built and tested against DeepSeek Harness 0.2.0-rc.2 (639ed015397290b3745d163aafe02ffee4aa3f84). Use the prebuilt release package or this repository’s compiled artifacts with the official plugin installer.

Updated the development SDK and compatibility checks for DSH RC2. Existing RC1-compatible public plugin interfaces remain supported by the declared peer range.

Validation was performed on macOS arm64. This release does not claim new Windows or Linux runtime acceptance.

The npm artifact was downloaded from the public registry and checked against the audited package bytes. Local package installation and every installed file were verified with the official RC2 CLI on macOS arm64. This packaging release does not add new Desktop UI, Windows, or Linux runtime acceptance.

The scoped npm archive retains the original plugin module ID via the installation alias above. It differs from the unscoped GitHub archive only in npm name/publishConfig and the README installation prefix; all other files are identical.
