UFC4 Native Plus v1.0.0

The first stable release of UFC4 Native Plus is here!

This update focuses on new features, improved performance, smoother gameplay, and fixing several issues reported by the community. Thanks to everyone who tested previous versions and helped improve the project!

⚠️ Important — Transfer Your Save Data

To keep your progress from the previous version, you must transfer your save data to the new version.

  1. Open the User folder in your previous port installation.
  2. Locate the SAVEDATA folder inside User.
  3. Copy the entire SAVEDATA folder.
  4. Paste it into the User folder of the new version, keeping the same folder structure.
    Your save data should be located at:
    User/SAVEDATA

If you don't transfer your SAVEDATA folder, you may lose your existing progress.

🎮 New Features

  • Career Mode DLC Fighters: You can now use DLC fighters in Career Mode.
  • Two-Controller Support: Added support for playing with two controllers.

🔊 Louder, Clearer Sound & Dialogue Boost

  • Commentary & Voice Clarity: Fixed an issue where commentary, referee announcements, and fighter dialogue were too quiet on headphones and stereo speakers. The runtime now boosts the center dialogue channel by +3 dB for clearer vocals.
  • Built-in Soft Limiter: Added an adaptive soft limiter that preserves audio dynamics while smoothly reducing intense peaks to help prevent digital distortion and clipping during heavy impacts.
  • New Audio Volume Setting: Added a volume selector to the launcher, ranging from 75% to 200%, allowing you to adjust the audio level to your preference.

🚀 Performance & Gameplay

  • Improved overall performance for smoother gameplay.
  • Fixed stuttering and frame pacing issues during fights.
  • Improved the smoothness of strikes, hit animations, and visual effects.
  • Optimized memory usage for different GPUs and VRAM configurations.
  • Added support for 720p resolution.
  • Improved 2K and 4K resolutions, with automatic resolution handling in PS4 Pro mode.

🛠️ Fixes & Stability

  • Fixed the Career Mode sparring issue.
  • Fixed a crash that could occur when launching the game for the first time.
  • Fixed crashes affecting some systems when selecting a fighter.
  • Fixed numerous bugs and other reported issues.
  • Significantly reduced crashes during testing.
