Register the stormstore:// protocol (setAsDefaultProtocolClient and package.json entry) and handle incoming protocol URLs on startup and single-instance. Add runApp to centralize logic for launching apps (steam/epic URLs and local executables) and refactor the open-app IPC to use it. Expose onShowToast in the preload script and wire toast notifications into renderer pages (app, bigpicture, updates) to display main-sent messages. Also bump app version to 1.2.18.
