Added

  • Added report-only SEC listed-current, GLEIF ISIN-to-LEI, official ESMA/FCA FIRDS, and OpenFIGI ISIN/MIC audits. Reports pin source and input hashes; they do not adopt source identities or ingest missing listings.
  • Recorded a reproducible 200-request OpenFIGI probe with explicit venue, composite, and share-class FIGI levels. The full 93,878-request remap remains unrun. GLEIF identified 50 LEI mismatches for review; no automatic identifier changes are allowed.
  • Added a manual Draft release path with the existing release validation and assets. Draft runs do not publish Kaggle or Hugging Face packages.

Changed

  • Refreshed official masterfiles, symbol-change reviews, and the OpenFIGI validation report since v3.43.0. The latest masterfile batch adds seven Amsterdam ETF listings and corrects the official AMS::3DIS ISIN.
  • Nasdaq Trader Delete events now require manual venue-transfer and corporate-action review. Authoritative BSE Delisted observations retain their existing automatic path.

Fixed

  • Preserved NASDAQ::CECO and NASDAQ::IBOC through their TXSE transfers, and NYSE::AMTD through its ADS ratio change. Only NYSE::ATKR is removed after its reviewed acquisition delisting. TXSE venue mapping and the new AMTD identifier remain follow-ups.
  • Cleared the misassigned FP Newspapers ISIN CA3025862010 from LSE::FP, supported by the issuer's London GDR prospectus. No replacement ISIN, name, or country is adopted. Eight of the original nine ISIN collision groups remain open with specific evidence blockers; direct automated identifier apply rows remain zero.
  • Restored official LSE RE / RE-B ISINs (GB0002349065 / GB0007185639, United Kingdom / GB) after overlay last-write-wins re-applied the 2026-09-29 stolen-ISIN clears. Stolen CA75527Q1081 stays off the LSE rows; TSXV::RE / OTC::RROYF keep it. FSX::CU2 stays empty.

Scope

  • This remains a merge claim, not stable or complete. Source licensing, unresolved recall gaps, and missing identifiers remain explicit. FIRDS exports contain metrics only; the GLEIF bulk relationship file is not redistributed.
