ORC v0.5.0

First public release of the standalone ORC CLI and shared runtime under the MIT license.

• Build and distribute app packages through OCI registries.
• Install, start, stop, uninstall, and restore apps using the shared orc-app runtime.
• Forward and proxy authenticated service connections through the public orc-access protocol.
• Consume the Rust crates from the v0.5.0 Git tag; crates.io publication is disabled.

Each archive includes the CLI binary and MIT license. Extract it and run orc --version.
Verify archive hashes against SHA256SUMS, and verify build provenance with:

  --source-ref refs/tags/v0.5.0

On Windows, foreground apps are stopped with Ctrl+C in their original terminal; orc stop from another terminal supports service-managed apps.
