• Deprecation cleanup — consumes the ESM generator fleet + archiver@8 tree via @adobe/aio-cli-plugin-app@14.10.0 and @adobe/aio-lib-runtime@7.5.0. npm i -g deprecation warnings drop from 22 packages to 1 (0 on Node 22/24).
• Security — the critical tar advisory is cleared (tar@6.2.1 → tar@7.5.22) across the installed tree; 0 critical / 0 high in shipped dependencies.
• engines.node → >=20.17.0 to match the generator and archiver requirements.
• Overrides trimmed to just @octokit/rest; redundant tar and @yeoman/conflicter overrides removed.
