fix: Bugs from testing

• Backdrop height changes while dialog closes (DG)
• on the react aria homepage, clicking on the modal example, the lines grouping the form components changes based on my scroll position. see screenshot row 10 (YL)
• Tray animates too fast now. Probably due to the extra padding (DG)
• background shifts while opening due to scrollbar appearing in Firefox (YL)
• Alignment of interactive elements (button next to disclosure) doesn't have a gap anymore. See screenshot 11 (DR)
• The selection indicator is 1px too high in Safari (DG)
