Rule pack upgraded to v4.6, with the persona updated to match.

• rules/02_模板与归档规范.md: field types, status and date handling, file naming, links, update/dedupe rules, English and algorithm quality checks, receipts.
• rules/模板/ grows from 9 to 26 templates, indexed by 模板/00_模板目录.md.
• rules/参考示例/: 19 worked examples, all with fictional content. Their DEMO tasks, durations, dates and scores must never be recorded as real records.
• The spec gains §22 (18 adopted mature methods with triggers and limits) and §23 (template and archiving specification).
• Persona now points at the specification, the template index and the examples directory, states the example-isolation rule, and adopts a mature method only where its §22 condition holds.

Initial public release of the study-steward agent preset for DeepSeek Harness.

• Preset study-steward (display name 个人学习与执行总管) with the full Standard tool surface: shell, files, search, background jobs, skills, goals, plan mode, compaction, subagent delegation, the workflow engine, todo, web and present.
• Study-steward persona: separate content / task / mastery state; daily plan and daily actual record in separate cross-linked files; recommendations that are never commitments; receipts that separate file saved, plugin invoked, sync complete and reminder created.
• Rule pack v4.3 under rules/: day-to-day entry rules, the full behavioural specification, and 9 content templates. The original author's personal source documents are not included.
