v0.2.2: Cluster capacity, shared certificates, Daytona exec

Features in v0.2.2

Highlights

• Nodes advertise capacity and can recover sandboxes whose owner is gone.
• Caddy certificates live in a shared S3 bucket, so a second ingress node does not request a new certificate for the same name.
• Daytona code execution runs a snippet in the sandbox, and session commands accept stdin.
• Ingress knows about replicated owners, with tests for the small and large ingress tiers.

Cluster (#89 and the capacity / ingress PRs)

• Ansible inventory and playbooks install and configure a node.
• Gossip node metadata keeps the fields a peer needs when a payload is partial.
• Capacity heartbeats feed placement. Recovery can move work off a dead owner.
• Replicated owners are part of ingress route selection.

TLS

• Cluster nodes share one S3-backed Caddy certificate store. If the static credentials are absent, the AWS default chain is used.
• Terraform accepts an ACME account email for Let's Encrypt notices.
• The managed certificate bucket can be deleted with the stack. The docs describe both paths.

Daytona

• POST code execution against a Daytona sandbox.
• Session commands take an input body.
