BinID 0.5 adds the features introduced in BinDef 0.4 (enums, type providers, and 24-bit integer types).

A new -d/--defs option has been introduced for specifying a directory to parse definitions from. Also new is a -v/--version switch for displaying the current version.

Parsing errors are now shown in an "errors" section at the end rather than interleaved with the match results.
