HTTP protocol bindings

• Add http.get, http.post, http.put, http.patch, http.delete, http.head, and http.options from @evjs/ev/api for named operations in src/apis/**/http.*.
• Support direct named, renamed, and namespace imports during static route discovery, including the EVJS facade.
• Read HTTP methods from the helper and validate static path options and callable handlers.
• Preserve standard Request/Response handling, middleware, SSE, HEAD/OPTIONS behavior, existing HTTP descriptors, aggregate api.* routes, and server functions.

Coordinated release of all nine @evjs/* packages with aligned internal dependencies.
