• A workforce run whose verifier step does not pass now returns the artifacts of
  the steps that finished (status "rejected") instead of raising and losing them,
  and a failing adapter keeps the last 2 KB of its stderr with secret values
  masked.
• A blocked browser action now says why: no desktop app was connected to ask,
  the approval request got no answer in time, the user declined, or the answer
  could not be read. It no longer reports every case as "the user did not
  approve".
• Building an agent from a long working session reads the last 8 MB and the last
  4000 records of a JSONL source instead of refusing it, and says so with the
  finding source_tail_window. Shorter sources produce the same bytes as before.
