• Add /hep-goal: a plan tree for long, measurable goals that adds to the host
  /goal (shape, strategies and tactics, KPI readings, stall and infeasibility
  reports, re-plan on a trigger). One MCP tool goal.strategy, CLI hephaestus goal ..., rules in contracts/goal-rules.json, state under
  .agentlas/goal/. A short goal stays a single tactic and adds nothing. The
  default mode is shadow; AGENTLAS_GOAL_STRATEGY=on enables it.
  Whether it beats a plain host goal on real long-running work is not measured.
• Prune old runtime generations on every install and update. Hidden
  .generations/ folders were skipped, so each install left a 160 MB copy
  behind. The rule keeps the current release, any generation a host config or a
  running process still names, and one rollback of a different release.
  AGENTLAS_RUNTIME_KEEP now defaults to 2.
• The research browser launcher no longer lets the shared automation profile
  download Chrome's on-device AI model, and caps its HTTP cache at 256 MB.
