  • Workforce: prepared agents can use the current host's native delegation when
    it is available and authorized, without switching to another application.
  • Package read allowlists describe package contents. Project access and tools
    continue to follow the current host's permissions and explicit restrictions.
  • Missing execution-receipt telemetry no longer blocks authorized host work.
    Receipt validation remains strict, and unvalidated work is not reported as
    validated execution.
