Think about extracting `utils` and the `logger` from the core package

## 🆕 Feature Request

Extract some `utils` and the `Logger Class` into separate packages.
Because we might use the `Logger Class` as well in other packages and not only in the core.
The same counts for the utils.
So maybe extract these into two separate packages called:
- `@agile-ts/logger`
- `@agile-ts/utils`
