v0.4.0 - alert when the agent asks you something

The agent parking on a question is now a first-class alert: when it asks you something mid-task (ask_user_question, timed or blocking, incl. PTC sub-calls) you get the urgent tone, notification and taskbar digit - even when the turn parks closed with 'completed' while your answer is still owed. Such parked turns are no longer misannounced as completions.

v0.3.1 — install fix: ship cordis.patch.yml + correct --profile command

修好两个"别人装不上"的坑 —— 装过 0.3.0 失败的话，装 0.3.1。

• **打包清单漏了 \cordis.patch.yml**：这是 DSH 启用插件必需的 bundle patch（\dsh.bundle.patch\）。从 GitHub 安装（也就是除作者外所有人的安装方式）会按 \iles\ 白名单打包，漏掉它以后 DSH 加载插件直接失败：\ailed to read overlay ...: ENOENT\。现在它和 \dsh-memory\ 一样同时写进 \iles\ 与 \�xports\。
• **README 安装命令补上 --profile**：正确写法是 \dsh plugin --profile desktop add github:ahian-lee/dsh-attention-notifier\。--profile\ 是全局参数，必须放在子命令前面；desktop profile 属于应用本身，要先完全退出 DSH 再执行。README 里也写了应用内安装路径。
• 插件卡片图标换成白底黑鲸 \icon.png\（卡片读的是已安装目录里的图，所以它也必须在 \iles\ 里）。
• 新增 \�uild/check-pack.mjs\ 护栏：只要 package.json 引用了、但没进 \iles\ 的文件，本地就报错退出。拿 0.3.0 的清单跑，它准确点名 \cordis.patch.yml\。

Fixed two install blockers — if 0.3.0 failed to install for you, use 0.3.1.

• \cordis.patch.yml\ was missing from the package: it is the bundle patch DSH requires (\dsh.bundle.patch), and npm/pnpm pack a git install with the \iles\ whitelist only, so the installed plugin had no patch and DSH refused to load it (\ailed to read overlay ...: ENOENT). It now ships in both \iles\ and \�xports, as in \dsh-memory.
• **README now shows \dsh plugin --profile desktop add github:ahian-lee/dsh-attention-notifier**: --profile\ is a global flag that must come before the subcommand, and the desktop profile must be cold — fully quit the app first. The in-app install route is documented too.
• Plugin card icon is now the white-disc/black-whale \icon.png\ (the card reads \package.json.icon\ from the installed package, so it has to be packed as well).
• New \�uild/check-pack.mjs\ guard: any manifest-referenced path missing from \iles\ fails locally, verified against the 0.3.0 manifest where it names \cordis.patch.yml.

v0.3.0 — Sound settings + cat hachimi sounds (just for fun)

• 等待处理 / 任务完成 各自独立选声音：4 种合成音色（经典、轻柔、电玩、钟铃）+ 试听 + 自选本机音乐（≤5MB，重启不丢）。
• 内置猫咪 hachimi 音效，just for fun：完成 = Blue Lotus / North South / Mambo，等批准 = Neige / Electric Neige。
• 设置入口走官方 plugins.item 槽位，界面不再有任何悬浮元素。
• 任务栏数字角标回归简单：统一白底黑字。

Pick your notification sounds inside DSH: More → Settings → plugins → Attention Notifier. Four synth styles per event, preview, or use your own audio file. Cat hachimi sounds included, just for fun. Taskbar digit is one plain white-disc/black-digit style again.

v0.2.1 — docs rewrite + packaging fix

Docs rewrite in a plain user-facing voice (README / overlay / new docs/development-notes.md). Fixes package files list (fold.js was missing, which would break npm publish). No runtime changes.

v0.2.0 — Windows attention channel (taskbar digit + native toasts)

Taskbar overlay digit (white disc / black digit) + native main-process toasts via the optional overlay/ patch kit. Completion digit now persists until the window is reopened. Boot grace suppresses startup event replay. patch-app-dir supports multi-version revert.
