Dots Desktop 2.1.3 — Keep completed answers

Fixes a false token cutoff error after Codex had already completed and displayed an answer. Terminal usage reports are now identified as completed-turn accounting and no longer cancel a successful answer.

Genuine provider failures, user cancellation, and live token budget enforcement remain in effect. Codex budget guidance now explains that final usage is reported after completion.

Validation: 80 unit tests passed, production build, and isolated Electron/Codex subprocess completion checks. Windows installer and portable build included.
