🐛 Bug Fixes

• RMI defaults restored to port 30550 and callback handling now injects -Djava.rmi.server.hostname via SERVICECLIENT_JAVA_OPTIONS, keeping server port-range start/end in sync with SERVICECLIENT_RMI_PORT[_TO].
• Health check resolves the configured RMI port and verifies the first port in the range is reachable before reporting healthy.

🧪 Tests

• Added coverage for RMI port-range defaults, callback/Java options injection, explicit client-map overrides, and the new health-check port probe.

🛠 CI

• Release-only arm64 job now targets the self-hosted Linux/ARM64 runner for native builds, dropping QEMU/setup overhead.

• README updated to reflect the restored RMI default port and current callback/port-range behavior.
