v0.1.0 — first public release

First public release of AI Panel, a self-hosted enterprise AI gateway.

Highlights

• One OpenAI-compatible API (/v1/chat/completions with SSE streaming, /v1/models) in front of every model provider
• Issue and revoke your own sk-… API keys per user or team, stored as SHA-256 hashes
• Provider key pools with weighted round-robin and failover, plus model fallback chains with circuit breakers
• Redis token-bucket rate limits, quotas, usage and cost dashboard
• New in this release (#1): self-hosted and OpenAI-compatible providers (vLLM, Ollama and others), multiple instances per provider, and tool-calling pass-through
• Admin APIs require the admin role, and CORS origins are restricted
• Vue 3 admin console with a first-run setup wizard
