v0.2.2 — Restore skills field + i18n labels

Bug-fix release.

Fixed

• plugin.json skills field restored — "skills": "./skills/" is required for skill auto-completion in third-party marketplace plugins. Earlier 0.2.x patches mistakenly stripped this field while cleaning up the manifest.
• Version synchronization — plugin.json, marketplace.json, and package.json now all agree on the release version (they had drifted in the 0.2.0 → 0.2.1 interim).

Added

• Troubleshooting section in both READMEs covering the known Claude Code bugs #18949 and #35641 encountered during install/reload.
• Korean labels (label_ko, description_ko) for wizard mode options. The wizard no longer relies on on-the-fly AI translation, which previously produced errors like "딕 인터뷰" instead of "딥 인터뷰".
