Upgrade notes

7.3.1 makes a * in the host or any path segment of a deeplink template a compile error. DeepLinkDispatch has no wildcards, so templates written with intent filter glob syntax such as https://www.example.com/renewals/..* or https://*.example.com/renewals never matched anything. They were dead routes that compiled fine. Replace them with a placeholder such as {page}, which matches exactly one path segment.
