This PR addresses an accessibility bug where CalendarDay has an additional hover state (controlled by
onDayMouseEnterandonDayMouseLeave) that does not appear for keyboard users. By adding theonDayFocusandonDayBlurfunctions, any hover state functionality can be replicated for keyboard focus as well.
