HWPX plugin 2.4.0 accompanies python-hwpx 6.6.0 and python-hwpx-automation 7.3.1.

The verified stack pins python-hwpx[preview]==6.6.0 and python-hwpx-automation[mcp,oracle]==7.3.1; the minimum compatible versions stay at core 6.5.0 and automation 7.2.0. The tool contract is unchanged at 5e5c23651f92785a (128 default, 136 advanced, 29 skill-required).

  • Core 6.6.0 adds HWP 5.0 (.hwp) read/write and public APIs for working with templates: cell inner margins, font and border reads with font replacement, paper-anchored floating shapes, blanking a body, and metadata/preview/image cleanup.
  • Automation 7.3.1 adds hwpx render-pdf for rendering through Hancom from an isolated environment, and writes builder metadata to the document properties instead of visible paragraphs. The bundled government-report example now puts its title in the body; see python-hwpx-automation#137 for the parse-from-text path.
