Update prompt refinement.

New-version dialog gains a third "Never remind for this version" button: tapping it persists the ignored version and skips the popup on later auto checks (manual checks show a notice instead); new tags still prompt as usual.
Removes a stray NUL byte in ToolExecutor's M4A brand comparison so the file is no longer flagged as binary.
