This is the program to run. Download RIPPCSX2-windows-x64-avx2.zip, unzip it anywhere, start pcsx2-qtx64-avx2.exe, and point it at your own PS2 BIOS dump.
It keeps its settings in its own folder (portable.txt is in the zip), so a PCSX2 you already have installed is not touched.
Windows 10 or 11, x64, a CPU with AVX2. Everything else is in the README.
