What's been added?

  • Started using key words such as MUST, SHOULD, MAY, etc. in accordance with RFC2119.
  • The first and previously untitled section is now named Preamble.
  • Added back and altered the requirements removed in v3.4.

What's changed?

  • Emphasized the prohibition of deliberate circumvention.
  • Made stricter the requirements in the [REDACTED] Section.
  • Stylistic improvements: consistent emphasis of amounts, quantities and time.
