- ExAgent.MCP.Client: stdio JSON-RPC client. Spawns an MCP server, handshakes,
  lists tools, exposes each as an ExAgent.Tool whose call forwards tools/call.
  Line buffering + JSON-RPC correlation over the Port; transport exit/errors
  surface cleanly.
- ExAgent.MCP.Protocol: pure encode/decode + MCP->ExAgent tool mapping (the
  testable core).
- Tested with a deterministic in-process mock transport (handshake, tools,
  call, line buffering, errors, transport exit) AND a real e2e spawn of a
  python MCP server over a Port. 213 tests.
