What changed

• install.sh auto-detects target skills dir:
  • Codex CLI → ~/.codex/skills
  • Claude Code → ~/.claude/skills
  • Generic / open-standard fallback → ~/.agents/skills
• New SKILLS_HOME env var. Legacy CLAUDE_SKILLS_HOME still honored.
• SKILL.md and README.md copy generalized from "Claude" to "the agent".
• README explicitly lists supported runtimes: Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Cursor.

Compatibility
