First release.

• gen_ai.client.token.usage and gen_ai.client.operation.duration recorded from the DeepSeek Harness session log, attributed by gen_ai.provider.name and gen_ai.request.model, exported over OTLP/HTTP
• dsh.genai.client.token.cache_read and dsh.genai.client.token.reasoning for accounting the conventions do not carry at metric level
• Seeded events (resume, fork, replay) skipped, so a restarted process never bills a step twice
• No transcript content read or exported
• Compiles against @deepseek-ai/cordis only; harness events declared structurally

Metric and attribute names come from @opentelemetry/semantic-conventions 1.43.0. Not yet exercised inside a running dsh process; the recorder is covered by unit tests with an in-memory metric reader. Reports from a live run are welcome.
