Highlights

This release closes the v1.0 surface across four roadmap categories (CLI, prompts/templates, user-flow, distribution), ships a full hand-written Mintlify docs rewrite (71 pages + .styleguide), flips the default image model to google/gemini-3-pro-image-preview for multi-ref consistency, and adds a ref-required gate that fires only on named real entities so generic briefs no longer get blocked.

Fixes

  • Pretty mode [object Object] — three printer-layer fixes in cli/lib/output.ts (array-of-objects at top level, scalar-array branch, deep printObject), caught by a new property-fuzz harness + integration smoke (c94960d, 0371672)
  • MDX-safe CLI ref — scripts/build-cli-docs.ts escapes < / > outside backticks (c0363de)
  • Repo URL drift — github.com/alecs5am/ugc-cli → /ralphy across 18 files; Windsurf removed from installer surface (4d47dec)
  • Stale docs notes — prompts/library/README.md no longer claims the verb is unimplemented (c0363de)
  • Bun --bytecode produces broken binaries — bytecode pass on Bun 1.2.22 silently emits a binary that crashes at startup with Expected CommonJS module to have a function wrapper. Worked around by disabling bytecode in build:bin / build:bin:current. See notes/issues/002-bun-bytecode-crash.md. (5499473)

  • Full Mintlify rewrite — 7-section IA (Concepts/Quickstart/Working/Prompting/CLI/Cookbook/Advanced), 71 narrative pages + 35 auto-gen verb pages, .styleguide.md, .archive/ snapshot of the old site (4d47dec)
  • English-only public docs — 13 pages swept of Cyrillic utterance examples; non-English voice section now uses Spanish (1535080)
  • Dev-mode routing + notes/ folder + developing-ralphy.md — split user-mode from dev-mode in AGENTS.md so dev-context noise stops diluting routing (9941200)

Internal / Chores

  • Default image model: openai/gpt-5.4-image-2 → google/gemini-3-pro-image-preview (c0363de)
  • Released-skill last-release-commit marker, researcher one-off scripts (ea67d12)
  • Drop tracked public/ contents, gitignore wholesale (f64cbce)
