Release 1.4.1: Localization Fixes & Improvements

This maintenance release focuses on resolving translation loading issues and expanding compatibility for specific regional locales.

🛠️ Technical Fixes
Synchronous Textdomain Loading: Fixed a race condition where translation files were sometimes skipped during plugin initialization. The textdomain is now loaded immediately upon instantiation to ensure all strings are correctly translated from the start.
Enhanced Path Detection: Improved the logic for detecting the language folder path to be more robust across different server configurations.
✨ New Regional Support
Swiss Locales (fr_CH, de_CH, it_CH): Added specific support for Swiss regional variants of French, German, and Italian to ensure perfect compatibility for .ch domains.
Generic French Support: Added fr.mo to cover installations using the generic French locale.
📦 Updates
Bumped version to 1.4.1.
Updated all binary .mo files with the latest translation strings.
